Oh, yeah

I had completely forgotten about this (PDF) advisory opinion, finding that Jonathan Gaurano was not eligible to run for election. It was an advisory opinion, and thus nonbinding, but maybe someone will raise a stink (probably whichever party would get his seat).

By the by, I don't yet have the voter file to see who that would be. Is it being released yet? If so, send it my way.

(By the way, I said before I thought it was wrongfully decided, so Gaurano may be able to field a defense in an actual hearing)

not only did meghana flip people off, but meghana and her boyfriend tried to start a fight with people after tabulations. she tried to sic her boyfriend on various people in calserve on friday and her boyfriend has been stalking people. that is not ok, regardless of what party you are in.

same calserve person as above, why is the only public face of calserve people this year pointing out the wrongs of other people in the asuc? yes what meghana did was fucked up, yes, if her boyfriend really did all that, he should be punished, but really, your entire moral judgment about calserve and student action comes down to this one instance of meghana fucking dhar, who sucks as a human being and an asuc individual, but regardless, is not what this election was all about? calserve, please start looking forward.
