congrats to you beetle for getting the attorney general to file charges against the Jewish groups while completely ignoring all the CalSERVE groups that have been using their listserves in the same way for even longer!
 

I did not get the AG to file charges. In fact, when I sent him one of the e-mails, he said he wasn't interested in filing charges, which was fine with me. It wasn't my decision, I just provided him with information.

That said, if you have evidence that the CalSERVE groups are using their listservs that way, why aren't you providing that evidence as well? I don't have any such e-mails.
