Chan and Hancock also said they thought the two thirds majority that is needed to pass the state budget is problematic and needed to be changed to a simple majority.
"This would create more dialogue between the two parties," Chan said. Uh... I'm almost afraid to investigate what meaning of "dialogue" this is. Perhaps she defines "dialogue" as "Republicans begging Democrats without any power."
