Voter 99999 was, I'm told, a paper ballot that was added by the tech folks during tabulation. It turns out the person had also voted online, so it was invalidated.
what? that is so sketchy. How can a random tech person decide unilaterally to modify the voter files and nothing be publicly said about it. If I hadn't noticed that line the ballot would have been double counted.
How do I know nothing else in the vote file was modified by the tech person? They could have changed anything!
