Ouch
There's something disconcerting about this statement by some medical director named Steve O'Brien:
O'Brien said he is pleased to see the government fulfilling its promise to allocate funding to the region to increase screening for HIV.
"It's exciting to see the government put money where its mouth is," he said. Typically, when we talk about putting money where your mouth is, it's your money. It's often much easier to put other people's money where your mouth is. Government, though, uses nothing but other people's money, and I don't think those kinds of comments are really appropriate.
