An odd approach
How does Arnie plan to save the GOP?
The governor urged his fellow Republicans to return to the political "right of center," welcome independent voters and accept solutions to problems such as global warming and a lack of affordable health care that are supported by a majority of voters of all parties.

Schwarzenegger said the number of independent, unaffiliated voters is growing - and they "generally agree with our core principles," including lower taxes and less government. "They can be reached." So... Arnie's plan for courting independents who agree with core principles of lower taxes and less government is... government health care and government regulation to fight global warming? Fascinating.
