Stuff of various sorts
Story on Vishal's suit:
The ASUC Judicial Council issued a ruling at 8:30 this morning that the presentation of the referenda on the ballot does not give one referendum an advantage over the other. I dunno how accurate that is. I don't think the Judicial Council ruled that there was no advantage, but rather that Vishal hadn't proven it exists and randomization granted equal opportunity. In that other case:
The Judicial Council further said that it was not obligated to require the Elections Council to reprint the voters' guide. I'm pretty sure the ruling said that the Judicial Council lacked that authority since the voters' guide thingie was not a constitutional obligation.
