Sad

Unfortunately, the best Daily Cal article today is not online. It's called "Lack of Resources Forces Creative Campaigning," and includes the obligatory picture of the SQUELCH! Vibrator Races. I don't know what's creative about them, since every major statewide or national campaign includes vibrator races, too.

Still, the best quotes from the Student Action folks, specifically signatory Jaime Jiraishi, on having candidates' apparently unemployed parents show up to campaign.
The parents fit into a general Student Action campaign goal of making personal connections with every student on campus.

"We're actually trying to talk to indivduals one on one," Hiraishi said "We're out here all day."
I dunno, dudes. Shouldn't those personal one-on-one connections take place with Student Action folks who'll still be on campus once campaigns are over?

in case anyones interested, student actions camped outside the rsf polling station and campaigning.

The person interested is the Attorney General or Elections Council. You can find their contact info on the Elections Page.

It's really important that you report this type of campaign violation. So please do and you will be rewarded handsomely..with my gratitude or whatever

jessica you are so cool!

i was there. both SA and calserve were near the rsf but both were far far away from the polling booths.

I hope you're not being facetious, Bobby because I think you're cool, too!
