Quiz!

This is an interesting story about some cop stopped by some other cops who didn't believe the first cop was a cop and... uh... someone pissed herself, I think. Anyway, I'm interested in this:

Seward filed a claim with the Kensington Police Department in February citing her arrest as a violation of her constitutional rights guaranteed by the first, fourth and fourteenth amendments.

I can see the fourth and fourteenth, but what would the first amendment argument be?
