The real test of lemminghood, of course, is what happens if a strike is actually called. Especially if the politburo offers little/no reason for it. (And don't give me that "violations" crap. Practically any time you forget to dot an "i" or cross a "t", it's a labor violation. And the unions never seem to advertise their own violations of meaningless rules.)
