Boy, naming sure is a pain.
Berkeley has no written guidelines for naming city property, including streets, parks and buildings, and council members rely on a verbal policy that often sparks conflict, said Councilmember Betty Olds.

"I doubt that they'll ever have a written policy though because the City Council just has so many things to do," she said.
Hmmmmmm.... I think they can work it into their schedule.
