Wheee!I hope you've heard about the Kelo decision. It affirms essentially that local governments can seize land not only for things like schools and such, but also for "better" land-owners, who'll provide more jobs or taxes or whatever. We've seen locals use landmark ordinances to keep their neighbors from making changes. Now, it's time to start trying to get rid of undesirables. "My neighbor has a really annoying dog. I say we seize her land and sell it to someone who doesn't have a dog.
