Neighbor-be-gone!. Here are the talking points.
We have to get rid of her, her house enables drug use.
We only wanted to sue as a last resort to get rid of her, we don't really care about the money.
She refuses to improve.
Yes, she's improved, but who knows how long it will last?
We are suing her for damages in the past.
