Final ConclusionAfter careful consideration, and some evidence from opponents of the health measure, I have concluded that it is probably better for those of us who are opposed to vote NO on the measure. Turnout aside, the dangers of having a huge margin of victory for the pro-fee folks are probably greater than the risk of knocking turnout above 20%.
