Free press releases
Yes, I give out free publicity for anyone or anything that asks for it. In this case, I'm giving out free publicity for folks who want people who want free publicity. The Real World has an open casting call in Berkeley at the Bear's Lair on Oct. 8th. If you're pathetic enough to want to be on that show... now you know.
Anyway, I'm more interested in the means the publicity folks used to e-mail bloggers. Who else has received a message begging for publicity?

Tony Miros (the publicity guy) was kind enough to respond to my question about how he found us and he says he just looks up blogs local to casting calls as a matter of policy.
